DurgaShakti UAV Private Limited, trading as Paikabot, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our store, why, and how we look after it.

1. What we collect

Contact and account details — your name, email address, phone number and, if you create an account, your login credentials.
Order and delivery details — the billing and shipping address, the items you order, and, where relevant for tax, your GSTIN.
Payment information — payments are processed by our gateway (Razorpay). We receive confirmation of payment and limited reference details; we do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
Usage data — basic technical information such as your device and browser type and the pages you view, collected to keep the store working and secure.

2. How we use it

To take, process, deliver and support your orders.
To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
To respond to your enquiries and handle returns or complaints.
To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the store secure.
To send service messages about your orders. We send marketing only where you have chosen to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share your data only as needed to run the store:

Payment gateway — to take and verify payment and to process refunds.
Couriers and logistics partners — the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.
Service providers — hosting and IT partners who help us operate the store, under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities — where we are required to disclose information by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your basket, and understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may stop parts of the store from working.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires (including tax retention periods), and other personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections for payment and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to act promptly if anything goes wrong.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Write to us at info@dshak.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some data must be retained where the law requires it.

8. Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
