1. Who you are dealing with

Paikabot is an online store operated by DurgaShakti UAV Private Limited (CIN U26515OD2024PTC044812), a company incorporated in India. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean DurgaShakti UAV Private Limited. Our registered address and contact details are set out at the foot of this page and on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are true and that the payment method you use is your own or one you are authorised to use.

3. Products, listings and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless a listing says otherwise, are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
• We describe and photograph stock as accurately as we can, but small variations in colour, revision or packaging can occur between batches. A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
• Stock counts are kept as current as we can, but an item can sell out between your order and our acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an item you have paid for, we cancel that line and refund it.
• We correct pricing or description errors even after an order is placed. If the correct price is higher, we contact you to confirm or cancel before dispatch; you are never charged the higher price without agreeing to it.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; the contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods or tell you the order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, we cannot verify payment, or delivery is to an area we cannot ship to — and where you have already paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept online payment through our payment partner (cards, UPI and net-banking via Razorpay), and, where offered at checkout, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Online card and UPI payments are processed by the payment gateway; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed, except for cash on delivery, which is collected on receipt.

6. Delivery

We ship within India. Dispatch and delivery timelines, charges and tracking are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel before dispatch, and you can return items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. How to do so, the time limits and how refunds are made are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

8. Drone and UAV components — your responsibility

Many of the parts we sell are components for unmanned aircraft. The operation of drones in India is regulated, including under the Drone Rules and directions issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of any item — and of any aircraft you build or fly with it — comply with all applicable laws, registration requirements and airspace restrictions. Nothing we sell is authorisation to fly. Radio and video transmitters must be used only on frequencies and at power levels permitted in your location.

9. Warranty and fitness

Parts are supplied for hobby, educational and professional building use by people who understand them. Except for defects covered by our returns policy or any manufacturer warranty stated on the listing, goods are supplied as described without further warranty. Assembly, soldering, battery handling and flight are undertaken at your own risk.

10. Intellectual property

The Paikabot name, site content, photography and copy are ours or our licensors’ and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage arising from the assembly, modification, misuse or unlawful use of the goods. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may exercise where you reside.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
